Elodie Besse

Elodie Besse is the current Legal Director at the Fédération Léo Lagrange. Elodie has a long history of working in law, dating back to their work as the Juriste Unique at Groupe France Courtage from April 2014 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of legal tasks including drafting common legal documents, organizing shareholders' meetings, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Besse's experience also extends to contract law, where they have negotiated and drafted a wide range of contracts including co-brokerage agreements, mandate agreements, sublease agreements, licensing agreements, and maintenance agreements. Elodie is also experienced in data protection and has implemented the DIA and LCB-FT across the Groupe.

In addition to their work in contract law, Besse also has experience in employment law and has drafted employee contracts, company policies, and training programs. Elodie also has experience in managing personnel, handling payroll, and recruiting new employees.

Elodie Besse studied law at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and Université de Rouen.
