Vincent Beaudon

Vincent Beaudon currently serves as the Group Head of Compensations, Benefits, Pension, and HR Analytics at Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole since September 2019, overseeing a workforce of 78,000 employees. In this role, Vincent is a member of both the Board Committee and the HR Top Executive Committee, focusing on governance, pensions, retirement plans, deferred compensation, and HR analytics. Previously, Vincent held lecturer positions at ESSEC Executive Education and IAE Caen, teaching Compensation & Benefits Management. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MGEN, Elior, and Orange, where Vincent managed teams and contributed to HR strategy, workforce management, and HR control. Vincent holds multiple degrees in Human Resources and Management from institutions including CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and IAE Paris-Est, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Inalco.
