Allie Harris

Allie Harris is a Senior Manager for Technology & Innovation. Her work centers around fostering a culture of innovation and enabling change makers in the government. She is focused on building and scaling an innovation and design training program for civil servants. Her background is in human-centered design and design research. She has worked in both the public and private sector to improve customer and employee experiences. Allie received an M.S. in Integrated Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
