Darla Henderson, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Open Science and Research Integrity at the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading initiatives related to open science and research integrity. Prior to this role, Darla Henderson held several positions at the American Chemical Society, starting as Assistant Director from 2008 to 2013 and later becoming Director of Publications and Head of Open Access Programs from 2014 to 2019, overseeing strategic and operational aspects of society programs. Darla Henderson's career also includes a decade at Wiley in various editorial positions. Darla Henderson earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from Duke University and holds a BS degree from Appalachian State University, supplementing earlier education at Emory University and the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
