Starr Stelivan, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an extensive career in human resources, predominantly with the Federation of State Medical Boards since August 1997. Starting as a Human Resources Specialist, Starr progressed to various roles including Supervisor of Communications and Records, and HR Supervisor. Currently, in the position of Director of Human Resources and Facilities Coordinator, Starr has been instrumental in overseeing HR operations since March 2009, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness within the medical board sector.
