The Financial and Strategic Management team at FSMB is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and strategic initiatives. This team collaborates on budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the efficient operation of FSMB and its Foundation. They also develop and implement long-term strategies to support the organization's mission of representing state medical boards and enhancing the quality of medical practice in the U.S.
