Ashley Litzenberger

Ashley Litzenberger currently serves as the Director of Product Marketing at Federato, where Ashley founded and leads the product marketing team. In addition to this role, Ashley operates Ashley Litzenberger Consulting, providing support to founders and marketing teams in developing go-to-market strategies and creating impactful marketing assets. Previous experience includes senior roles at Betterworks, where Ashley led product marketing and content branding initiatives, and Lattice, managing segment marketing for a global talent management platform. Ashley also has extensive experience in the education sector, having held leadership positions at EVERFI and EAB, along with early roles in academia and nonprofit organizations. Ashley holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Middlebury College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
