Roberto Bertuol

Roberto Bertuol is a distinguished legal professional and educator, currently serving as a founding partner at STUDIO LEGALE BERTUOL since August 2020 and as a Teaching Fellow in Ethics of the Legal Profession at Università di Trento since September 2022. Additionally, Roberto holds the position of President of the Camera Penale di Trento "Michele Pompermaier" and has been actively involved with ASSOCIAZIONE NAZIONALE ALPINI as Vice President since May 2016. Roberto has also contributed to FIGC as a federal prosecutor, advocating for inclusivity in sports, and is a member of the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sporto Paralimpico, promoting participation in sports for individuals with disabilities. Roberto's prior experiences include serving as a Senior Partner at Law Firm Chelodi - Bertuol and as a Judicial Advisor at the Court of Appeal of Trento. Education credentials include a degree in Jurisprudence from Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna and training from the Scuola Militare Alpina.
