Vincenzo Capuana

Vincenzo Capuana is an experienced management consultant and educator with a focus on the sports industry. Serving as Direttore tecnico and Senior Partner at HiSkill since May 2009, Vincenzo specializes in sales and marketing, human resources performance, and advising sports clubs and institutions. Since December 2010, Vincenzo has also been involved with FIGC - Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio, lecturing on negotiation techniques for sports directors, and has contributed as a Senior Partner at HiSkill Sport, providing management consulting for leaders in Serie A, Serie B, and Lega Pro football teams. Vincenzo's background includes marketing roles at Banco di Napoli from 1989 to 1997. Additionally, Vincenzo holds a Laurea in Economia Aziendale and a Master in Management delle imprese sportive from Libera Università Mediterranea 'Jean Monnet'.
