Alan Kubota

Alan Kubota is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in engineering and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director, Operations at FedEx, Alan previously held leadership roles at GE Power, where responsibilities included leading gas plant core services, forecasting and sales operations planning, and driving growth initiatives related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Alan's earlier career includes significant contributions at JGC, where a new engineering service business was established, and at Boeing, where design and testing efforts for the Boeing 787's environmental control system were led. Alan holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
