Caitlin Adams Maier

Caitlin Adams Maier serves as the Director of Global Media & Public Affairs at FedEx, leading a team that shapes public perception and manages media relations. A key contributor to the company's global transformation, Caitlin has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to both the President & CEO and the President & COO, where strategic direction and communication strategies were developed. With extensive experience in social media strategy, Caitlin created and implemented the global executive social media strategy at FedEx. In addition to professional achievements, Caitlin has been recognized in industry publications and as a finalist for the Shorty Award.
