Galia Nayem

Galia Nayem is an experienced professional in customer experience strategy, product design, and management, currently serving as an Advisor at FedEx since January 2017. Galia has held several key positions at FedEx, including Chief of Staff to the Marketing SVP for Europe and Senior Strategic Specialist for E-commerce Europe. Prior to joining FedEx, Galia was the Marketing Manager at Beehive UAE, where Beehive is recognized as the UAE's first online marketplace for peer-to-peer lending. Galia also served as Marketing Manager at Production Technology LLC (Protec) from December 2012 to November 2014. Galia holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, obtained in 2012.
