Jane Flynn

Jane Flynn is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment-related litigation. Currently serving as Lead Counsel at Federal Express Corporation since May 2010, Jane has held various legal positions within the company, including Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney, representing FedEx in all aspects of employment litigation. Prior to this role, Jane was a Principal at Payne & Fears LLP from December 1994 to May 2010, where representation focused on management in labor and employment cases, including mediation for courts in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Jones Day, involved in civil litigation, and a Summer Associate position at the same firm. Jane holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
