Mina Rohanian is a Project and Operations Specialist with over five years of experience in service design and product operations. From 2016 to 2018, Mina worked as a User Experience Consultant at Nikazin, where they delivered high-quality projects and implemented competitive product concepts. Most recently, at FedEx from 2021 to 2022, Mina held the role of Sales Solutions Specialist, coordinating customer migration projects and optimizing the customer experience through analysis and collaboration across teams. Currently, Mina is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Product Design at Azad University and a Master's degree in Business Communication and Information Sciences at Tilburg University.
