Nicky Jones has a diverse background in IT and customer service, accumulating significant experience in various roles over the years. Starting in 1997 with Forte Hotel Group, Nicky progressed through positions such as Meetings and Conference Co-ordinator and Front Office Assistant. Nicky then worked at Touchstone Housing Association as a Sales Team Administrator and Facilities Assistant before joining Cooper Crouse-Hinds as a Commercial Assistant. In 2005, Nicky moved to TNT Express, initially serving as a Customer Service Representative on weekends and advancing to Customer Service Team Leader. From October 2018 to July 2019, Nicky took on roles as Global IT Service Desk Team Lead, User Support Analyst, and Senior Service Desk Analyst at TNT.
