Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts is currently the Vice President of Litigation & Risk Management at FedEx Express, where they oversee a wide range of legal activities and ensure compliance while protecting the FedEx brand. Previously, they served as Managing Director/Legal and Vice President of Litigation & Employment at FedEx. With extensive experience in corporate counsel and private practice management, Richard has effectively guided disputes through negotiation and litigation. They are pursuing a B.A. in History from the University of Mississippi and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
