Yukiko leads a team of over 50 legal professionals, navigating complex legal and regulatory environments to support business growth and protect the brand. Previously, Yukiko held various legal roles at FedEx, including Managing Director of APAC Legal, Labor and Compliance, and Senior International Counsel, where Yukiko focused on compliance, contracts, and regional legal issues. With experience across multiple countries, Yukiko is trilingual and advocates for an inclusive work environment. Yukiko also interned at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and began her legal career as an Associate at Paul Hastings, advising multinational companies in M&A and investment.
