Alec Larsen

Alec Larsen is a seasoned software development professional with diverse experience in various roles and companies. Currently serving as Software Development Manager and Technical Product Lead at Fedgroup since August 2021, Alec also holds the position of Director of Development at Larsen Effect since December 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Sessional Lecturer of Advanced Game Design at the University of the Witwatersrand from January 2017 to December 2018 and as Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at 24 Bit Games from August 2015 to November 2018. Earlier roles include Software Engineer positions at inQuba and 5DT, the latter involving work on simulation SDK components and QA processes. Alec Larsen earned a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
