Martin Fedko

Martin Fedko is the owner of Fedko Emergency Physicians LLC since May 2016. Prior to this role, Martin served as a physician at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato from April 2014 to January 2021 and held dual positions as Co-Trauma Director and Medical Director at Sanford Health from July 2013 to May 2017. Additionally, Martin worked as a physician and assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center between July 2013 and October 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Davenport University and a Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph's College, both earned between 2006 and 2013, alongside medical education at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.

This company was founded by myself an Emergency Medicine Physician after experiencing the pros and cons of the various clinical settings. From locum tenens, to hospital employed, to being part of the academic field. It is my goal as the owner and founder of the company that you, providers/hospitals/patients, have a great experience. I believe that if we keep our employees happy we will keep the hospital happy and in turn we will all be successful together. It is a different approach then other companies in healthcare currently fuse but it’s a successful one that forum 100 companies such as google have proven successful. What distinguishes us from the competition is simple. - We are actually a physician lead organization. All of the other corporate management companies claim they are but aren’t. The physicians who led those organizations and worked clinically have long since sold their shares and moved on. - Nobody is just a number with us. As the owner I work clinically shifts along my peers to ensure that our sites are giving our providers exactly what they need. I listed and make sure that we have the best working environment for our providers. - We don’t have 10 levels of corporate layers to get through. If you ever run into an issue it gets solved immediately. - 30-50% Less overhead then our competitors. This means higher pay for our providers and a less cost to the hospital.
