Team Lead, Contact Center Operations Support at FedPoint

Ashley Mowers has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ashley started their career at LTC Partners in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Instructional Designer & Curriculum Developer in 2014. In 2019, they joined FedPoint as a Team Lead, specializing in Training & Quality Assurance. More recently, in March 2021, they took on a new role at FedPoint as the Team Lead for Contact Center Operations Support.

Ashley Mowers pursued their higher education at the University of Phoenix, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management in 2011.
