Jolanda Fannin is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at FedPoint, overseeing the Federal Long Term Care Program with 275,000 enrollees since August 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Professional Services at IRISmaps, where leadership involved the implementation of programs for a SaaS/PaaS product, and as Director of Professional Services at Envista (now Accela), focusing on the development of pre-sales and support processes. Jolanda also served as Director of Strategic Consulting and Director of Operations for the EAME region at Newmarket International, and held various roles at BDA Consulting and Micros Systems, managing operations and account relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a BSc in Hotel Management from Purdue University.
