Louise Slattery is an experienced leader in business development and operational support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development and Implementation at FedPoint since February 2017. Previously, Louise held the position of Senior Manager of Business Systems Support at Long Term Care Partners from March 2009 to January 2017, where responsibilities included directing business analysts and establishing processes between operations and IT. At Fidelity Investments, Louise advanced through roles from Project Manager to Director of Systems Analysis, overseeing project lifecycles and managing a team of data analysts on implementation projects. Starting a career at Matthew Thornton Health Plan, roles included Health Data Analyst and Claims Quality Improvement Specialist, focusing on performance metrics and process improvements in claims processing. Louise earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1983.
