Ed Klavin

Ed Klavin is a resilient and analytical Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in guiding private equity-backed and family office-owned firms. They served as President and CEO of Edge Adhesives, managing a mid-size manufacturer of adhesive sealing products from 2015 to 2019. Previously, Ed held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Process Reengineering at LANXESS and President of Rhein Chemie Corporation. Currently, Ed is a Business Mentor at the Austin Technology Incubator and General Manager of POLI-TAPE USA, while also providing consulting services in M&A and restructuring. Ed is pursuing an MBA at the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
