Gonzalo Guerra Ferrer has extensive experience in customer success, sales management, and quality control across various sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success EMEA & LATAM at Fedrigoni Group since May 2023, Gonzalo manages claims for major accounts in Iberia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM while implementing corrective actions and process improvements with multiple departments. Previous roles include Customer Service and Sales Manager LATAM at Coding Giants España, where management of account growth and user support was the focus, and Quality Specialist Auditor at Intelligent Timber Solutions, responsible for quality control audits across Europe and LATAM. Gonzalo also has a background in technical sales with Felder Group Iberica, project coordination at Universitat de Lleida, and financial consulting at MetLife, complemented by significant experience in production engineering at ARAUCO.
