Matthieu Goumand

Matthieu Goumand has a strong background in research, development, and innovation in the manufacturing industry. Matthieu most recently worked as the Research Development & Innovation Director at Fedrigoni Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they spent a significant portion of their career at Wilsonart, where they held various roles, including Technology, Innovation & Quality Director for Wilsonart EMEA and R&D, Technology & Purchasing Director for Wilsonart Europe. Before joining Wilsonart, Goumand worked at Arjowiggins, where they held positions in customer technical service and technical product management. Matthieu also worked at Arjowiggins Security as a responsible for paper projects and mill planning. Overall, Goumand has extensive experience in managing R&D teams, quality control, and driving innovation in the manufacturing industry.

From 1994 to 1999, Matthieu Goumand attended the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Conception and Industrial Production.
