Nelli Myllylä

Nelli Myllylä currently serves as the Digital Services Project Director at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, responsible for leading the development of digital services encompassing technology procurement, change management, and resident communication. Prior to this role, Nelli worked at Futurice from January 2017 to April 2024, holding several positions including Principal of Strategy & Culture, where the focus was on co-creating and implementing resilient strategies tailored to enhance organizational culture. Nelli has experience as a Service Design Trainee at Elisa, a Service Designer at Helsingin Sanomat, and has held various roles in customer service and education. Nelli holds a Master of Science degree in Information Networks from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance from Stockholms universitet.
