Valentina Raffi

Valentina Raffi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Closing & Reporting Manager for FSA Europe at Fedrigoni Group since February 2019, responsible for coordinating the closing processes for Medium and Small entities across the UK, Poland, and Turkey, alongside managing projects related to inventory valuation and cost allocation. Prior experience includes working as a Financial & Reporting Controller and Senior Auditor at EY, focusing on audit activities for various industries, and as a Buddy Trainer at Nando's UK, where Valentina developed training plans and facilitated team management processes. Valentina also gained early experience at PwC Italy in audit support and at Rancilio Re S.r.l. in project coordination for renewable energy initiatives. Academically, Valentina holds a Master's degree in Economic and Business Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution and a European Classical Diploma.
