James Michael Black, CFCM, is a seasoned Federal Government Training Expert with extensive experience in program and project management, contract management, and proposal evaluation training for over 50 Federal Agencies and numerous government employees. Currently serving as the owner of Ole Bay Business Consulting, LLC, the VP of Government Contracts at Meridian.us, and a FedTech Certified Advisor, James also advises on federal programs at OnFrontiers. Previously, James held the position of Director of Contracting at Mission and Installation Contracting Command, where oversight of a $686 million contracting program was managed.
