Neil Luciano has extensive experience in sales and business development within the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the Executive Director for Sales & Warehousing at Fedway Associates since February 2016. In this role, Neil promotes the use of specialized fleet services for heavyweight international shipments across multiple U.S. ports. Prior to Fedway Associates, Neil held positions such as Director of Business Development at Odyssey Logistics & Technology and North Atlantic Regional Manager at Independent Container Line, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue growth and managing client relationships. Neil's career also includes roles at Ocean Network Express and Hale Intermodal Transport, focusing on building customer bases and negotiating freight rates within the Northeast region. Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and English Literature from Rutgers University.
