Frank Rogers has a diverse range of work experience in the field of writing and editing. Frank started their career as an intern at American Forum where they condensed op-eds into press releases and made calls to news media organizations. Frank then worked as a legal assistant at the Law Offices of C. C. Harness, III, P.C., providing support to attorneys and performing legal research. Later, Frank joined Public Citizen as a communications intern, where they wrote newsletter articles, blog posts, and attended congressional committee hearings.

In 2011, Frank worked as an assistant proposal writer at Phacil, Inc., drafting and finalizing responses to RFPs and writing marketing copy. Frank then joined Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. as a Jr. Technical Writer and edited NAVSEA FIAR assertion documents, as well as provided feedback on computer-based training modules.

Starting in 2013, Frank became a technical editor/writer at Lockheed Martin, supporting the USMC Accounting and Financial Systems Branch. Frank updated SABRS manuals and facilitated the publication of Marine Corps Order. Frank then moved to Sev1Tech as a technical writer, providing advice and guidance on written materials for the DHS Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management.

In 2018, Frank joined FedWriters as a senior technical writer, where they edited and formatted various documents for the FDA CDER Office of Regulatory Policy, the HHS OIG Office of Evaluation and Inspections, and USAWC monographs. Frank then transitioned to the role of program manager at FedWriters in 2020, overseeing staff members and managing multiple government and nonprofit contracts, including those with HHS OIG, FinCEN, DTRA, WHS, USPTO, and IRS.

Frank Rogers attended Tulane University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Frank then went on to American University from 2007 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Public Policy degree with a focus on Public Policy.
