Mika Salmi is a seasoned investment professional and executive with extensive experience in venture capital, angel investing, and advisory roles. Currently serving as el jefe of Megatomic LLC, a personal angel investment vehicle, Mika has achieved a portfolio track record of 16x MOIC and 35% IRR as of March 2025. At Lakestar, Mika holds positions as Venture Partner and Managing Partner, overseeing a strategy shift toward sector-focused investments. Additional roles include Board Member at Hagerty, Chairman of the Advisory Council at INSEAD, Executive Chairman of FEED.FM, and a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Mika's previous experience includes significant contributions at Accel, The Raine Group, Sequoia Capital, and CreativeLive, where as CEO, Mika oversaw substantial growth and innovation. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in International Business and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
