Gillian Mthandi

Gillian Mthandi currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Feed the Children, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Mthandi was the HR Director at mothers2mothers from October 2009 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager supporting operations across seven African countries and in fundraising offices in the US and UK. Prior to that, Mthandi held HR Manager roles at Transnet and Eskom, focusing on strategic, operational HR management and learning and development. Mthandi began an HR career at Pioneer Foods, working as HR Manager from February 2004 to February 2006.
