Roy Ballou Sphr

Roy Ballou, SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources. Roy began their career in 1999 as an Employment Manager at the Metropolitan Library System, where they were responsible for managing the organization's hiring and recruitment processes. In 2012, they joined Feed the Children as the Sr Director of Human Resources, overseeing the daily HR functions and managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee counseling. Roy was recently promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Feed the Children. Throughout their career, Roy has stayed up to date with changes in employment law and ensures that policies and job descriptions are compliant.

Roy Ballou, SPHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University between the years 2002 and 2005.
