Justin Crout is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Lead at Artie, an early-stage pet startup focused on advancing pet nutrition, wellness, and care. Previously, Justin co-founded AdventAgent, LLC, where a website referral platform was developed to assist real estate agents in closing deals. Justin's extensive background includes positions such as Director of Marketing for Mr. Coffee at Newell Brands, Sr. Director & GM at Oster Pet & Professional under Jarden Consumer Solutions, and Product Manager at Quest Diagnostics. Justin holds an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
