Jordi Ruijs

Jordi Ruijs has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as Scrum Master, Head of Quality Assurance, and previously as a Quality Assurance Tester and User Support at FeedbackFruits since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jordi worked in customer service at Coolblue from February 2017 to August 2017 and served as a logistics intern at Kuehne + Nagel Nederland from September 2015 to January 2016. Jordi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (2013-2018), supplemented by a minor in International Marketing from Angelo State University (2016-2017), and a Havo diploma in Economics and Society from Emauscollege Rotterdam (2008-2013).
