Julia A. Luscombe has a strong background in strategic planning and portfolio management. Julia A. currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management at Feeding America, which they started in October 2021. During the same period, they also earned a BSc in Huntsman Program, International Business from The Wharton School. In 2010-2011, Julia obtained a Certificate in Latin American Studies from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar Ecuador. Finally, in 2011-2012, they pursued an MSc in Local Economic Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Julia also has additional certifications as an Advanced Results Count Practitioner from the Annie E. Casey Foundation and as an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
