Julia A. Luscombe

Julia A. Luscombe has a strong background in strategic planning and portfolio management. Julia A. currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management at Feeding America, which they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Strategic Planning at the same company from January 2019 to September 2021. Julia A. also worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from September 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Feeding America, Julia worked at Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Project Manager from September 2016 to September 2017. Julia A. also held the roles of Senior Consultant from September 2014 to August 2016 and Consultant from September 2012 to August 2014 during their time at Monitor Deloitte.

Julia began their career at The Fulbright Program, specifically with Fulbright - Fundación Pachamama, where they worked from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they interned at Bread & Roses Community Fund as a Barbara Smith Community School Intern from 2009 to 2010.

Julia A. Luscombe holds a BA in Huntsman Program, International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. During the same period, they also earned a BSc in Huntsman Program, International Business from The Wharton School. In 2010-2011, Julia obtained a Certificate in Latin American Studies from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar Ecuador. Finally, in 2011-2012, they pursued an MSc in Local Economic Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Julia also has additional certifications as an Advanced Results Count Practitioner from the Annie E. Casey Foundation and as an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
