Ronald Iwanski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Clinical Outpatient/Field Athletic Trainer before transitioning into various roles at Loyola University Medical Center and Loyola University Chicago. At Loyola University Medical Center, they served as the Manager of Development (AIS) Programming Services, where they supervised technical staff and ensured data integrity across the Advancement Information Systems. Ronald also worked as a Business Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst, where they assisted in a variety of projects including database upgrades and maintenance of departmental websites. At Loyola University Chicago, Ronald held the role of Associate Director of Advancement Programming Services, leading a team in developing system tools and utilities for fundraising operations. Ronald'smost recent position was with Feeding America as the Director of Philanthropy Systems & Data Management, a role they started in 2019. Throughout their career, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in data management, system integration, and staff supervision.
Ronald Iwanski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained between 1986 and 1990. Ronald continued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on Cardiac Rehabilitation from 1990 to 1992. In 1984 and 1985, they attended DeVry University for three trimesters in night school, studying Digital Electronics and Circuit Design. In 1999, they completed an Introduction to JAVA programming course at Loyola University Chicago. In 2000 and 2001, they pursued Information Technology studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry University.
