Cecile Matthews

Cecile Matthews is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in MBA admissions consulting, community program coordination, and marketing. As the CEO and President of Bayview Advising since June 2016, Cecile specializes in guiding MBA candidates through application processes, helping them build compelling profiles. Concurrently, as Community Programs Coordinator at Feeding Tampa Bay, Cecile manages partner site recruitment and program operations. Previous roles include Advance Associate for the Harris/Walz campaign, Co-Founder of Gamerabble, Director of MBA Admissions Consulting at Veritas Prep, and various leadership positions in admissions and marketing at esteemed institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, and Major League Baseball. Cecile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
