Feeding Texas
Paige Wallace is an experienced professional in community nutrition and health, currently serving as the Community Nutrition Data Manager at Feeding Texas, where responsibilities include managing evaluation and reporting for SNAP-Ed projects and analyzing data for strategic insights. Previous roles include positions as a Nutrition Education Specialist at East Texas Food Bank, a Summer Associate at Feeding Texas, and involvement in various community-based projects related to nutrition and health equity. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology and a Minor in Women's and Gender Studies from Trinity University, complemented by international study experiences.
