Jessica Pope

Jessica Pope spent the first eight years of her career at Cydcor, LLC, an outsourced sales and marketing company. During her time there, Jessica was the operations team lead for compliance, Salesforce technical support, and territory and lead management. She has a passion for continued process improvement and learning. As a people manager, Jessica’s goal is to lead by example as a servant leader, and she practices Situational Leadership. She loves seeing people grow and meet their goals.

Jessica values continued learning and is currently working on her MBA at Pepperdine University. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
