Paul Neale

Paul Neale is an experienced water treatment professional with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial and consultancy roles within the industry. Currently serving as a part-time Regional Consultant and Regional Consultant at Feedwater Limited since July 2017, Paul specializes in commercial water treatment applications, including boiler and cooling water systems, Legionella control, and wastewater treatment. Previous positions include Business Development Manager roles at Aegis Water Treatment LTD and Dakro Environmental Limited, and a Senior National Account Manager role at Interserve, where Paul was responsible for managing key national contracts. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at Connaught Compliance Ltd and Water Technology Ltd, where responsibilities included driving business development, managing operations across numerous contracts, and overseeing sales teams. Paul holds educational credentials from the University of Wolverhampton and Dudley Technical College.
