Mikkel Norqvist

Mikkel Norqvist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, education, and military service. As the co-founder, facilitator, and advisor at Feedwork since February 2016, Mikkel has developed leadership programs that enhance psychological safety for over 10,000 professionals globally. Mikkel serves as a 1st Lieutenant in Forsvaret, contributing expertise to the Air Force while managing educational initiatives, such as the organization of the Danish Air Show 2018. Mikkel has also held multiple roles within the military, including platoon commander and athlete on the Danish National Military Pentathlon team. Mikkel's educational background includes significant roles as a lecturer and educational consultant at various institutions, alongside freelance consulting in coaching and sales training.
