João Veiga

João Veiga is a Senior Manager of AI at Feedzai, with a career that began as a Data Scientist in July 2015. Prior to this role, João worked at the Centro de Investigação e Criatividade em Informática (CI)² from January 2013 to July 2015, first as a Project Manager overseeing Health Big Data and Decision Support Systems projects, and previously as a Researcher focused on Information Retrieval from Electronic Health Records utilizing Natural Language Processing. João holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, earned between 2006 and 2012, following education at Colégio do Amor de Deus from 1992 to 2006.
