Jose Capitao

Jose Capitao is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Platform Engineering at Feedzai since June 2022, Jose previously held the position of Sr. Director of Engineering at Brightcove from April 2019 to May 2022. Jose’s career at PTC spanned nearly two decades, where roles included VP of Technology, Senior Director of Software Development, and various director and manager positions focused on enhancing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, leading engineering teams, and improving software quality. Early career experience includes a software engineering role at Daimler Chrysler, where Jose developed prototypes and contributed to R&D projects. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Universidade de Coimbra.
