Rui Miranda

Rui Miranda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer value management and business development across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Global VP Customer Value at Feedzai since April 2022, Rui leads the Customer Success Managers, Customer Strategy and Value team, Sales Enablement, and Key Accounts Program. Prior to this role, Rui held significant positions at Finastra and Oracle, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Value team and managing the Oracle Insight practices for diverse regions such as Middle East, Africa, Central Eastern Europe, and Western Europe. Additional experience includes senior consultancy roles at Gartner Group and Accenture. Rui holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Economics from Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa - ISEG.
