Audrey Callan has extensive work experience in various sales and customer success roles. Audrey is currently the Director of Customer Success at Feefo, where they manage client retention and the account development strategy globally. Audrey has built a professional Account Management function and successfully transformed the approach to global client engagement. Prior to Feefo, Audrey was the Head of Sales at NetDespatch Limited, where they led commercial teams to grow and develop new and existing clients, resulting in the sale of the business to Royal Mail Group Plc. Before that, they worked at Cable & Wireless as a Sales Operations Manager, responsible for the retention and growth of public sector accounts. Audrey implemented scalable operating processes to improve sales forecasting and provisioning. Audrey began their career at GE as a Client Account Manager.

Audrey Callan attended the University of Westminster from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management.
