Jaylene Healey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Talent at Feefo since January 2023, Jaylene is responsible for implementing retention, performance management, and talent development initiatives while managing complex HR functions including restructuring and employee relations.
