Nigel Hammond

Nigel Hammond is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and technology. As Managing Partner at Vespa Capital since January 2008, Nigel focuses on investing in UK headquartered businesses with enterprise values between £10 million and £40 million, specializing in management buyouts and private company recapitalizations. In addition, Nigel holds several directorships, including Non Executive Director roles at Feefo and Catalis, and Director at Lumi Technologies, which specializes in audience engagement technology for Annual General Meetings. Active in philanthropy, Nigel serves as a Patron for the NSPCC and The Prince's Trust and has held governance roles at Holmewood House School. Nigel possesses a BSc in Engineering from the University of Leicester and has previously held directorial positions in various companies across multiple sectors, including scientific communication and textiles.
