João Paulo Medeiros

João Paulo Medeiros has a diverse work experience, primarily as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). João Paulo started their career in sales in 2012 as a Vendedor at Klus, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, João acted as a Vendedor Autônomo, managing their own business and engaging in the purchase and sale of various products.

In 2019, João joined Midhaz as an Inside Sales representative, with responsibilities including customer interaction through calls and chat, nurturing leads, and converting marketing efforts into effective sales. João Paulo also gained experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Drift during this role.

After Midhaz, João worked at iMedicina from 2020 to 2021 as an SDR, engaging in prospecting and qualifying leads. Similarly, from 2021 to 2022, they were an SDR at Microcity.

In 2022, João joined Feegow as an SDR, where they focused on observing and understanding customer pain points to present solutions based on the company's software functionalities.

Most recently, starting in 2023, João has been working at SS Telemática as an SDR, where they actively prospect and qualifies clients, cultivates leads, and collects key customer needs and pain points.

João Paulo Medeiros attended Uni BH from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Processos Gerenciais (Management Processes) with a focus on Administração de Empresas (Business Administration). In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in the field of sales and marketing. In July 2021, they completed the "Certificado Treinamento de Vendas Advance" from ADVANCE Consulting. João Paulo also obtained the certifications in "Outbound Marketing & Sales" and "Sales Development" from Reev in July 2021 and May 2021 respectively.
