Matt Pierce

Matt Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt is currently the Co-Founder of Feeling Good since 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Trusted Health in 2017 and served as the CEO and President until 2023. Trusted Health focuses on improving access to care by optimizing the healthcare workforce, with a focus on nurses.

Before Trusted Health, Matt Pierce worked at Hired, Inc. as the GM from 2014 to 2017. Matt was responsible for launching Hired into the world of independent work. Matt also founded Pierce Consulting LLC in 2014, where they provided human capital management consultancy services, specializing in helping FinTech consultancies maximize revenue and assisting startups in engaging flexible workforces.

Matt Pierce has also served as a Board Member at The Risk Management Association in 2014, where they facilitated communication and brokered industry relationships. Matt was involved in the executive leadership program at TEKsystems from 2011 to 2014, managing a portfolio of global financial services accounts.
